My 4 bedrooms apartment comes with a high ceiling, chic built-in wardrobe, kitchen, and shoe cabinets deck. It also has floor-to-ceiling windows which give you a scenic view of Kuala Lumpur!

This 4 bedrooms apartment completes with a comfortable king-size bed in the master bedroom, a king-size bed in the 2nd bedroom, a queen-sized bed in the 3rd bedroom, and a queen-size bed in the 4th room.

All bedroom comes with sheer & black-out curtains to ensure your well-deserved night rest. This apartment can accommodate up to 8 - 9 people comfortably and it is ideal for couples or for a small family of 8 -9.

Please note that this property does have a check-in counter but our caretaker does not work on the premise 24/7.

However, I will arrange a session of "Meet & Greet" for key handover and familiarization of the property during your check-in.

Guests will have access to our contact details in case of any query of the property.

I will be easily contactable via instant messenger tools or just a call away to answer any question of offer advise after payment is made (you will see my contact right away afterwards)

House Rules

- No shoes in the house
- Small gathering or parties are allowed given that place is kept clean and in good shape
- Smoking is STRICTLY PROHIBITED in the unit, if found guilty, a penalty of RM500 will be imposed
- Kindly assist to keep the unit in good and sound condition
- Lost key you will be charged RM50
- Lost access card you will be charged RM150
- Security Deposit will be collected if you damage the home, you may be charged up to RM1000
